Appointments
Call 01430 875 353 from 08:30 onwards;
- Provide your contact details and brief details of your medical issue or needs
- A doctor will return your call by 11:00 and either deal with you over the phone or arrange an appointment for you to see a doctor or nurse, as appropriate
The doctors themselves frequently answer the phone.
Also note that appointments can be made for the next day, allowing you to call from work and plan ahead somewhat.
Repeat Prescriptions
You can order a repeat prescription up to seven days before it is due.
With the exception of postal requests which may take 7 working days, two working days are required to prepare repeat prescriptions.
Repeat prescriptions cannot be ordered or requested through reception or the dispensary. You must make your requests in person, by post, by fax, online or by phone using the following:
- In person: Leave your request slip in the box in the waiting room or post box
- Post: Use the address below
- Fax: 01430 875 359
- Online: https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com - prior registration required (ask reception for further information)
- Phone: 01430 875 353 (option 4) between 2pm and 4.30pm - this option is discouraged to allow the surgery lines to be kept clear for appointments and emergencies

Getting There
By Bus: Use the X46/X47 Bus Service, alight at the Griffin Pub bus stop. You could also use the S1, S2 and S3 services on Tuesdays and Fridays.
By Car: There is parking directly outside, in the Griffin Pub car park across the road and opposite the public toilets just down the road.
